Cindi recently moved into her 60’s and observed that as everyone ages, not everyone keeps growing. Wild Chin Hair explores living well in the later years in a culture that values youth and wrinkle-free faces. Cindi’s heart beats to create wholehearted connections that encourage dignity, belonging, and hope, with a sprinkle of fun. She grew up in the Midwest, and currently lives with her husband in a charming, 100-year old, Southern California home. She has worked most of her grown-up life, and particularly enjoyed jobs as a camp counselor, residence hall advisor, publicity manager, classroom teacher, school district liaison for homeless students, teacher mentor, and writer along the way. Like so many others, she, too, is working on her first novel.
